CC & R Office

Happy Summer Cameron Park!

Yes, summer is on its way. Cameron Park will be very active this month with events, youth camps, adult/senior classes, recreation swim, swim meets, and of course, our Summer Spectacular on June 22nd!

Please remember that Cameron Park is a special district of El Dorado County. We are not a City. We do not have jurisdiction over the roads in Cameron Park or traffic violations. The CC&R department only has jurisdiction over the CC&Rs and those items that are specifically addressed on the neighborhood streets.

As these events and programs are being held, please remember to be courteous to your neighbors when parking around venues. If you have any issues with traffic, parking, or road conditions, please contact your county municipalities for assistance such as EDC Sheriff or CHP.

Please be safe, have fun and clean up your areas when leaving an event or program.

Last, we want to remind you that trailered items, boats, and recreational vehicles are to be stored properly per your CC&Rs. Our CC&Rs require these items to be behind the fence line or stored off site. You may stage items for 48 to 72 hours between trips in most neighborhoods. Other than that, please put your items away.

Thank you Cameron Park Residents, and enjoy your summer!
