CC & R Office

Spring is in the Air!

New Projects: With the new season, most residents will be working on home improvements. Exterior improvements require Cameron Park Architectural Review and Approval even if a county permit is not required.

The ARC staff would like to help.

If you are planning an exterior project, please contact us. Our ARC staff will help navigate you through your project and approvals. If needed, we can meet with you on site to help you plan.

This will help you avoid violations or costly corrections. Projects which require approval are Fences, Gates, Exterior Paint Color, Sheds, Patio Covers, Gazebos, Pools (above and below ground), Roofs, Solar, Exterior Renovations such as Siding or Room Extensions and Decks.

This is just naming the most common projects. Our website; www.cameronpark.org will have the ARC application and your CC&Rs under the CC&R tab on the home page.

Livestock: Livestock is not permitted in Cameron Park. This is because there are no agricultural structures allowed under 1 acre. Coops, cages, aviaries etc., can be reported to the County for violations. Furthermore, livestock in your yard could result in a domestic dispute with your neighbors.

Recreational & Trailered Items: Last, we want to remind you that trailered items, boats, recreational, vehicles and equipment are to be stored properly per your CC&Rs. Our CC&Rs require these items to be behind the fence line or stored off site.

We wish you a great Spring Season by keeping Cameron Park a Special Pace to Live.
